Seems as though every time I go into the store I feel invisible. I went in there today wanted to make a purchase, couldn't get anyone to check me out, so I left. Thought as I went past again, I would go back in, mistake...I wanted to buy some boots and a shirt, but the sales clerks were to busy in a huddle giggling to help. I'm done, I won't be back there to shop.

I love shopping at Maurices in Ashland! Super friendly and always helpful staff! The clothes are great quality and reasonably priced. I can always find something for work or fun! Looking forward to trying their workout clothes.

Absolutely LOVE these girls! And I personally know how amazing they are because I spent 8 years working along side them at the Ashland Town Center Maurices. Maurices is truly such an amazing company and I miss these girls EVERYDAY! The things I learned from them will stay with me forever and I will always be grateful! The Ashland Maurices will never disappoint! If they don't have a size or product you want in store, you will see that ordering online has NEVER seemed so easy! It will get done in a matter of minutes right there in the store! They will help you with anything you need, from a quick look at new inventory, to setting up your very own styling event with your own personal stylist! I know I will continue to shop there forever Love you guys!!

I shop at this store often and have always been pleased. The girls meet you at the door and are very ready and willing to help with putting outfits together and even accessories. Great clothes at a great price with great service!!

The past month I have been into the Ashland store 3 times. The last 2 visits I was never greeted while the staff stood around and socialized with each other.... and today I went back in there I had picked out a few things that I wanted to buy and I told myself that if I do not get greeted I'm putting back what I picked up. After approximately 30 minutes no one had approached me and I was about to put my items back. When someone asked if I was doing okay.... so I bought my favorite piece, but IF I had the appropriate visit at the store I would if spent more that $42. I would shop there more often IF there was any real customer service. I worked in customer service for years, greeting your customer is the first step for a sale.
