Normally it’s not so bad. However there has been several times service has not been good.
The guy I had made fun of how I talked, barely trimmed my nails. Some are crooked and jagged so I have to fix them. When rubbing my feet he dug his nails deep into my feet. Sloppy job around the nail on the skin. Not only that, the other guy my mom had, cut her several times with the toe nail clippers, one time making it bleed all over the place. Guy didn’t apologize and acted mad that she bled. He wasn’t even gonna stop the bleeding until she said something
Very bad experience ESPECIALLY for price.

Have always received great service and excellent nails until today....all are different lengths after asking they be fixed, some super thick some thin and none shaped correctly, so I'm out $47, but I'll make sure everyone knows who did this horrible work

10 out of 10 highly recommend my nails I went to get my nails done for prom and they came out perfectly. They have lasted me almost 2 months.

Aggressive. Will future forward refer to this place as Nails No Go...... Went in for pedicure. $35 pedicure. Basic pedicure is what I can afford plus a tip. Pedicure begins. Nail tech beside me states I need the $50 pedicure. I say no thank you. Tells me two more times to get the deluxe. I refuse. Man doing my feet is somehow equally rude without saying a word while clipping my nails and twisting my foot aggressively. I am uncomfortable... I have to let him finish as I have a friend and two littles with me for a girls day and do not wish to make a scene. I refuse massage as I am uncomfortable with man touching me. Ask me to do gel 920 times. I continuously refuse. Relief is felt when bare minimum pedicure is finally over, thinking at least my toes are done... ughhh. Bad polish job... poor attitude by employees... 0 / 10 would NOT recommend. Do better. Be kind. Improve skills. Adjust attitude.

All they want is to rush you in and out and get your money for their over priced services!! They do not care to take their time or to make sure they do a good job!! For the money I am paying I should not have half of each of the side of nails having no polish AT ALL!! This is not the only bad experience I have had with them recently, unfortunately, and it is time that I say something about it!! It is really sad that they can’t just take their time and care about their costumers enough to do a good job!! Especially when it comes to the prices of the services they offer!!

I have been going to nails pro since their grand opening. When they very first opened their business to the public. Mike and Cassie have been nothing but amazing. I wouldn’t recommend anyone but them to get nails and other things done.

I would advise going to a different salon. This is a nice salon but 80% of their employees do a terrible job. It's a great trip if you go and you get a nail technician who knows what they're doing and is good at it. But 9/10 you leave with terrible nails that were rushed through. It'd be a great place if they would train their technicians though! So much potential. My nails are uneven, lumpy, and were supposed to be coffin shaped but they're a mix of lumpy square and oval. My technician didn't even put clear coat topping over my whole nail so I have exposed polish on some nails. There's also debris or something in my gel that looks crusty.

For such a nice looking salon the service I received was not good at all. I’ve never had a more rushed & sloppy pedicure. My friend that came with me had the same experience. Polish not cleaned off of skin, not a smooth top coat either. Although we paid for the same pedicure, we each received different “treatments”We both had male techs, who did not seem interested in making their work look presentable. Won’t be going back.

Wow, this place is so luxurious. Dropped off my wife but stayed to get a pedicure cause the massage chairs look so comfortable. Place is super clean and modern. Really gives off that Las Vegas cosmopolitan vibe.
