I have been to this store only a few times. Each time I am there none of the associates says hello can I help you. Only if you seem interested in puppies they never pay attention to you. And even then I have been ignored. Yesterday there was 5 associates in the store and it wasn't busy. Not one associate said anything or even acknowledged my presence. I will not be returning to this store and neither will my friends that were with me.

I went into Petland today with my kid and a girl named Allie greeted me. She was amazing and helped me find what I was looking for plus let my kid play with some cute animals. If you ever need anything I would definitely go to her!

Listen yall if you haven’t met Kylee that works there you need to. I had a phenomenal first experience with her while purchasing my dachshund! She was so kind and patient and super attentive to not only our needs but our pups needs as well! My dachshund is super perfect and I love him so so much! I had went back in and told Kylee I wanted a Labrador retriever and they didn’t have the one I wanted so she special ordered my chocolate lab for me! I worked with her again today and purchased my lab and she carried that patience, kindness, and attentiveness the whole entire time! If you don’t want to waste time I recommend Kylee to get some super awesome dogs!

Purchased my fish tank from Petland over 20yrs ago and I continue to buy all my fish from there.They have the best selection. I love their Glo fish 🐠🐟

Absolutely gorgeous puppy. Staff were so helpful and patient walking me through my purchase. I'm so happy with my new companion. Jalyn was a real sweetheart.

Love this place! The staff at Petland in Ashland were super friendly and helpful. The animals looked well taken care of and everything was really clean. Got to hold a puppy and it totally made my day lol. Definitley coming back soon!

I came in to look at this beautiful Great Dane she was super friendly and the staff was very welcoming and knowable Tatum helped me find everything I needed when it came to puppy supplies I will be returning when I decide to purchase another animal

I came in and bought a hamster. And the woman’s name was Ashley… but she was super helpful and has very very good customer service. Would definitely recommend anyone coming in to buy an animal to ask to speak with her.

Wonderful customer service, have always enjoyed adopting from Petland. Miss the South Point location as I had purchased three from there and now our Maggie mini golden doodle from the Ashland location.

I Recently called about a dog And couldn't believe my ears when the woman said it was over $5000. Now that poor dog has got a set in a cage.Till somebody's got either enough money or stupid to spend that much money on a dog and be able to take care of it after that kind of money upfront, I personally think that's pretty Cruel to the animals over greed

Every time I go in I cant get a straight answer out of anyone, they always *just ran out* of whatever im looking for, or they dont carry it (basic pet supplies!) and they are EXPENSIVE! The last 2 times I went in they had animals out of containment & the staff was oblivious. I had to say something about it before they rectified it. I wont waste my time here again now that I've found that little gem (Berts, or Burt... I think the name is... to the left of Lowes tucked almost behind it) where I will now EXCLUSIVELY shop!

My little girl & I visit Petland frequently, we stopped by yesterday and were greeted by Lexi. Lexi offered to show us some of the snakes and geckos, my girl absolutely loved it!! It was the best experience I have ever had at Petland. Such a good time & we will definitely be back!

Always shop here for my pets. The card is used to buy my pet is the same card I use for treats and necessities now that my pet is paid off.
