Took excellent care of our miniature poodle. He is blind, so needs a special person to take care of grooming him. PetSmart has those people.

Very deceiving ads. Seresto listed for $38 on Google. Went to store and it was $61. Then I get home and recheck Google and it was updated today !!! Manager not in the least bit helpful.

I purchased a UVB bulb for my reptile yesterday and the bulb didn’t work. When I came but up to replace the bulb the lady told me where I payed for part of it with my points I would still lose my points and have to pay the difference where I got it cheaper. So you’re telling me their product failed so I lose my points and have to fork out more money to get a new one? What a joke! Won’t be returning.

My dog came home today and was butchered. Had wad of hair having by a few hairs. Uneven cut and looks Horrible!! Have pictures.

Amazing grooming service transformed my little pup from a fluffy pup to a cleaned up one and the service was really friendly too, they treated my dog like they were one of their own.
