My dog came home today and was butchered. Had wad of hair having by a few hairs. Uneven cut and looks Horrible!! Have pictures.

Amazing grooming service transformed my little pup from a fluffy pup to a cleaned up one and the service was really friendly too, they treated my dog like they were one of their own.

Bought 2 parakeets for Grandson. Staff was great, answered all our questions, and was friendly. Only criticism is that they were short on supplies at the time.

This review is about Tina in grooming. I do not live in the area but the way she took care of my fur baby (and me) made us feel like superstars!! She even gave him a photo shoot after his grooming. She was thorough, (creative as requested), efficient, and super friendly! I told my family that lives locally to go see Tina if they have grooming needs.THANK YOU TINA!!

I got a parakeet from here, and of course the parakeet was sick, because there's no vets to help these animals with diseases. PetSmart just sells the animals. They don't actually care for them, they'd rather sell off sick animals and forget about them but then make us sign papers for their neglect of these poor sick animals. Do better.

I would bye from them when there is no other choice. They have a lot of pet foods. There prices are high. They say they will match prices but the. When you show they will not. You can order on line from PetSmart and for example get prime in store $24 on line $9 same thing. Amazon $12. Everything is like that. Aqua clear filter $89 in store Amazon $59. At Aqua clear web sight $69. They all appear there to have attitudes. Very bad attitudes. I in the past have gotten fish from them. Issue 1 is I spend roughly 2 hours in the store. The other is the quality of fish. Appear the have a lot of sick fish. Recommend of if there is no other choice. One other thing. There use to be a good fish person there this person has long since left. Last thing I actually call's corporate about this. I went to get special dog food they carried it. They gave me hard time matching there on line price. This stuff was $30 each 2 small bags. Around 12:30 pm to 4pm. They kept goin into the office to talk about it. What I realized finally there we're smoking dope. I did file a complaint about that.
