Took my 16 focus here for a purge valve recall. It ran and drove perfect. They performed the recall work & had to flash the PCM & TCM after they replaced purge valve as part of recall. From the second I drove it off the lot when they got done my transmission was shifting really HARD. I took it back and was told that it was normal & to drive it 150 miles and it should clear up. I done that & it only got worse over the course of the mileage driven. I honestly feel like Tyler (the service writer) having me drive it like that was a bad idea. Anyways, I took it back once again and they are telling me the actuators are bad now. They are not wanting to warranty their work. Instead they are giving me the run around about it even though their mechanic that performed the work told Tyler the car ran fine when it got there. It’s sad you can’t take your vehicle to the dealership to get quality work anymore. In other words I would strongly recommend taking all of your service needs elsewhere. I do not recommend the service writer Tyler nor Bill Cole anything after this experience.

We were in Ashland, KY for a funeral and needed our Tucson serviced. Bill Cole's people were professional highly knowledgeable. I would recommend thos Company to any one passing through. Extremely happy with this experience.

Always something wrong when I go there. Last time I went they changed oil and rotated tires. Got 2 miles down road and a low warning light on both rear tires. Time before went for an oil change and truck came out with oil running out from under it after service. I seen it before driving away. They had stripped the oil pan bolt and had to repair that. Time before that they never reset my oil change in settings. My truck went in protection mode while I was 350 miles from home.
