Currently have one unit, did have two. The customer service is great, they are very friendly & explain it clearly. Their hours are great & the units are clean & comes with a lock. I would highly recommend!!!

This storage is wildly over priced, I removed my stuff to a better storage.when I got the unit there it was 58.00 a month, then this new company came in and raised it to 78.00 , then it was raised to 92.00, way too much for a small unit.

Won an auction for a storage unit at this facility. Paid almost $300 and drove 3 hours. When I arrived I noticed the door was damaged to the point it was hard to open, once I managed to get it open I found the unit to be completely empty. I was refunded partially, which is good. Customer service was helpful too. I just wanted to post this as a warning to other customers who might have won another auction.

Horrible customer service , I jave have to call 3 times within my first month of renting because there gate code that was provided does not work . And there contracted cust service agents are horrible. Absolutely worst exp ever will be looking for a new facility to move to.

Online customer service was very friendly and helpful. Within minutes, I had a unit and was moving my items in. Location was easy to find, very neat, clean and secure. Great company to deal with. Would rent from them again in the future.

Price and facilities were fine at first, but over the last year the price kept increasing. Our bill is paid on time, but the monthly cost keeps going up. We've had this unit for about 2 years now and we go every month or two to get something out or put something in. Today (May 4, 2023) I discovered a dead mouse in a pan and it had started to decompose. The pans weren’t salvageable. As I cleaned up that mess, I found mold on multiple different items, some of which were baby items I was hoping to reuse. After a thorough cleaning, I was able to salvage the baby items, but I can’t help but wonder what other nastiness is in our unit. We are currently paying $75 a month for a small, moldy 4x6 unit with no pest control or climate control. We will be moving out of our unit ASAP.

My initial phone call contact it was very difficult to hear the person because there was so much background noise. She did not speak English very well. Not very helpful. She did not have my name correct nor was she able to take my email address down correctly. I had to call a second and third time to get those corrected.
