You get human support if and should a problem occur. Technical support knows their job and how to do it. They are awesome people. I would refer them to everyone.

Retail agents totally lied about the rebate/port in credits ability to be used outside of t-mobile.. which was one of the perks that caused us to switch carriers. Online accounts are not set up properly. Then, I had to call to port numbers of 2 lines. The agent on the phone ported numbers incorrectly... that, in turn, took 2 more days to get corrected. Highly recommend a different location than this.

Ported from AT&T to T-Mobile. Major difference, in favor of T-Mobile on download speeds, one Network compared to the next. The promos we got from T-Mobile are the best I’ve ever seen. Staff worked as a Team and were incredibly nice and professional!

T-Mobile service and customer care at the store is top- notch! Can't say much good about the help I didn't get from service I received over the phone. Jack and Nevin and Frank from the Texas Call Center couldn't have been more helpful. There had been a coding mix up on our bill, leaving us with a $60/month overcharge...thankfully, Nevin and Jack figured out the problem, made a call to Frank and just hours later our bill has been corrected and a credit for overpayment is on it. Thank you Jack, Nevin and Frank!

My husband and I had a terrible time with T-Mobile. We talked to ALOT of different people and no one seemed to be able to help us. We were told that we no longer had service in our area and we were getting ready to switch to another carrier. We decided to call our local store because it seemed odd to us that we had service all along. Jack took excellent care of us and said he was confident that he could fix the problem. I am happy to say that he did indeed fix our issue and we are happy that we can now remain happy customers of T-Mobile!
