My wife and I came in today to look for a cheaper, high quality internet compared to our current plan. Eleni took the time to explain each internet plan to us and maximized our discounts which meant the world to us. We are extremely thankful and wanted to applaud her amazing customer care! I had an experience with Eleni on 04/23 & she was absolutely amazing! My issue was a very complex issue that required quite a bit of time involved & she worked diligently on getting my issue resolved as fast as she could. I highly recommend her with any issue you may have because she will get the job done! She needs a pay raise for sure. Thx Eleni for all your help!!

I was there at the same time Casey Crossley was. Ethan was helping me and even remembered the 3-4 months I was trying to work on an upgrade. My wife got a brand new IPhone, and it took me longer to come around to finally get my upgrade. Ethan helped me get more devices than I thought I could and he is the reason I am most pleased with Verizon and will continue to be thankful I left AT&T for Verizon. He not only deserves a raise and praise, but Verizon needs to let him market the Hotspot box which he also convinced me on, and let them use their services on that network. That kiosk is throttled hard by the mall wifi and DESPITE THAT Ethan gets the job done. Give this man the resources he needs to do his job even better.

Service was very slow. The employees couldn't quit talking to each other about things that didn't pertain to what was going on with work. At one point, another customer cut in front of us to make a purchase and they let them. We were in there for over 2 hours and spent almost $300 before leaving. Did an upgrade that shouldn't have taken over 2 hours to complete. Unacceptable service.

Usually reviews this long are negative, so give this one a read.My phone was taken by someone at the mall, I went straight to the Verizon kiosk to see if they could ping it to locate it or something, but it was turned off. I explained that my phone was my blood sugar monitor also & so I needed to apply to replace it as soon as possible. Ethan took the time to ensure his current customer was well taken care of, so I knew I would receive the same care, which alleviated much of my exasperation having just lost my phone & having to wait.But once he was able to help me, I received exactly the type of good care I had anticipated & more. He even saved me from having to pay the deductible for insurance by checking if my account was due for an upgrade, which it was. So I left within an hour with an upgraded phone!He stayed late to help me, too, and sold me on a new phone case & charging cord. Well done both for myself and his employer. This all while training another employee to do what he does. I hope they learn his service skills & technical knowledge, because he was excellent.

I am torn on how to rate this.We walked in & no one noticed. No"Hi"no nothing. No one even looked at us. There were two other customers in there being helped by the two guys working. Part way through the hour I asked to use the bathroom & the guy was very polite pointing me to the restroom.It did make me very insecure seeing the server room wide open across from the bathroom out of everyone's sight & knowing I trust them with my data.So, I have nothing bad to say about the workers. However, I wasted an hour without being helped or even a hello or good bye when I left.

When we set up service a few days ago, it was great. But today a new guy is there saying he can't help me and that every one has quit and he was getting ready to quit too. This store needs reported to corporate.

Logan was very helpful. He only routed on his expertise she and genuine kindness and concern to make the sell and obviously I appreciated that.I can see why any cooperation would be happy to have him in their team at even higher capacity. This guy deserves a promotion.

Beware!!! This Independently owned Verizon location will rip you off. I placed an online order on December 17th and my son went to pick it up they canceled the order I made through Verizon corporate, created in-store order, and gave him the same phone through their independent location. The phone never worked once he left the store. They do this so that they will get a kickback or incentive for selling the phone. I wasted over 3 or 4 hours on the phone and my son made 4 trips to Ashland Kentucky about 45 minutes each way and we still don't have a phone. The worst part is that since they are an independently owned location Verizon cannot even compensate Me in any way. She will be turned in Corporate but I doubt anything will be done about it paying off my contract and I'm switching carriers.

That was the best experience ever the retail girl Cameron banks was the most profashionable courteous and kind and thorough person did I have ever dealt with in retail sales if you had a 1000 or her you you'd rule the business
