“I work with a local rescue and Dr. Duncan and Franks have literally seen over 200 dogs for us in the past two years. I am there several times a week (if not everyday) and I have never seen the vets or staff be anything other than caring and professional in the treatment of our dogs or those of the public. They have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to ensure our dogs get what they need medically to get them onto their foster home or adopter.
