I just got my glasses a couple of weeks ago, I took out the extra insurance on them when I got them, and I am glad I made that decision. They are replacing my glasses after I dropped them and did not realize it and ran them over with my mower. I just took in the pieces and they ordered me new glasses. They were a big help getting my initial glasses and now my replacement.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting MASTER EYE of burleson/ VISIONWORKS for an eye exam, and I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff, who made me feel welcome and comfortable right away.
One of the things that impressed me the most was the minimal wait time. Despite how busy they were, I was promptly taken in for my appointment without any unnecessary delays, which is a rarity in the world of healthcare today.
The doctor and the entire staff were not only professional but also incredibly attentive and accommodating. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all of my questions, and thoroughly explain each step of the examination process. I felt like they genuinely cared about my eye health and well-being, which is something that is hard to come by these days.
Overall, I cannot recommend MASTER EYE of burleson/ VISIONWORKS and their team enough. If you are looking for top notch eye care from a group of dedicated professionals who truly value their patients, look no further. My experience was nothing short of excellent, and I will definitely be returning for all of my future eye care needs. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful visit!

The manager at this particular store is the best. She is always very friendly and easy to work with. I have tried others but highly recommend this store. They are second to no others.

Best Eyeglass place ever. Don’t go to Seabert. They charge you an arm and a leg. Doctors office next door is amazing.

Best experience. His name was Jack. He was so helpful. He has been in the business for a long time but at this location half year He was so knowledgeable and helpful and patient as I went through a lot of frames to help me find what looked best. Such a fun experience. Great customer service and I will continue every year to come back to this location. Lots of glasses to choose from also the dr who did the eye exam is right next door and he was terrific. So convenient.

I wish I would have gotten names because the people who work here are amazing. There's a gentleman and a lady with red hair and they were amazing. After picking out a few pairs of glasses I tried them on for them and they were able to give honest feed back about how each pair looked on my face and because of that I was able to pick a pair I really liked. The gentleman helped break down theost cost effective way for me to get both glasses and contacts with my insurance. I've been wearing glasses and contacts since 4th grade and this was honestly the best experience I've ever had.

Vision works has been my eye ware provider for many years, however this year I was disappointed with the limited brands of frames to choose from and the limited number of associates in the store.

I came in to update my glasses. Kristy made it easy for me. So many frames to choose from. I like the frames I bought three years ago but didn't see them. She was able to find them for me. Kristy also fixed the hinge on my old frames and replaced the nose pieces, so I can use as back ups. Thanks !

Honest, to the point, did not try to sell us out. Just stuck to the plan. And that gave us more freedom to ask questions and decide what was best for our needs more clearly. Thank you ?
