Ordered a cake online to serve 12 for a birthday party. The cake was so ridiculously tiny for $15. It would have been cheaper to buy a cake from the cooler section in front of the bakery than to get one made. It's not the bakers fault but walmart needs to adjust online what the thing feeds 12.

PSA to anyone going to Ashland Ky Walmart, theres a man, about 40-50yrs old, around 6ft tall, followed me around walmart today (June 27, 2024 around 10am) taking pictures/videos of me. I went to an employee but there wasn’t much they could do, along with police, they say he wasn’t doing anything “criminally” wrong, so i thought i’d make it aware to everyone.. he seems to be trying to hide his identity, wearing glasses and black covid face mask… just everyone to be aware bc if it weren’t for a girl coming up to me and telling me, i wouldn’t have known… please be aware of your surroundings!!!

They definitely need more cashiers working. Both times I've been inside in the past couple days, they've had one person working the self checkouts & one at a cash register. That's putting too much work on the only two employees working.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is bc I don't want to hurt the employees performance review, but Walmart, as a corporation, needs to do better!!

Calling for assistance or even asking someone at the store for help is next to impossible. Grocery delivery items come nearly one item per bag. I had 26 items & got 21 bags today. I tried to chat. No help. I tried to call the store and they tried to give me the customer service # I was just speaking with. Once I conveyed my concern multiple times i was put in hold for 10 minutes with no answer. Where is the manager in all of this? Where is the customer service?
