The service is great when it works. This issue has been going on for 2 months now and no one seems to be able to solve it. Ive spoke with many different techs over the phone with hardly any solutions to why its happening. I've got 200mbps but have issues intermittently. Speed tests show below 10mbps sometimes then back to 200mbps. All devices in our house will slow way down. I wish they could fix this issue. The issue happened around the time they where having intermitten problems a couple months ago. I called logan tele to ask if there was a problem they said yes it's intermittently across several areas. Now when I call they say all problems where fixed. Sadly mine still exists.

Technicians arrived on time for the installation appointment and were very pleasant and professional. The internet speed is very fast and the wifi signal is strong.

I signed up for the Fiber Optic internet service got scheduled for the install installers showed up promptly actually they were slight bit early they were very polite very professional and did an excellent job the service that I am receiving from the high-speed internet is impeccable and I have had absolutely zero problems with the service absolutely impressed

Communication was key with LTC! They called me to let me know when they were completing the construction for our fiber, called me the day of when they were supposed to install the internet, was there on time and did the thing!

I'm not real sure about how the service is going to be quite yet as I am just getting my equipment today but so far my experience has been a pretty decent one. The application process as well as the customer service representative that I spoke with was helpful and straight to the point.I would like to send out a special thank you to Donnie, the tech that was supposed to come to my house this coming Friday for going the extra mile to give me a call when he was in my area to see if I was available to get it done any sooner. So as far as I'm concerned LTC gets five stars simply because of him.
