I gave them 2 because they're nice, but I'm tired of them deciding when to dilver my mail and when not to. I get an email Daily saying what will arrive and they seem to just pick and choose the days to deliver. Important mail 2 postal days late now. Oh let's not forget the times they say they tried to deliver something and no one was home. I'm home almost every single day!

The lady at the counter is the rudest person and I had the privilege of dealing with the miserable woman 2 days in a row 😒. They need to hire someone who doesn't HATE their job so much.

I wouldn't even give them one star but you have to. Out of all the people that work there only one lady has any sense and is respectful. The others are disrespectful and lazy. Maybe I did something to one of them in the past and just don't remember. All I know is the service is GARBAGE
