I mean with auto body and mechanic shop Kevin's kar kare (KKK) you can guess the type of rude and nasty attitude he has... Called him to ask if he maybe had time to look at my vehicle after calling he answers rudely and annoyed like us as his customers are not his source of income. Granted never took my car to him and never will!!!! Go to Covington or Newport and find a great mechanic that is cheape,r nicer and better quality work.

I took my truck to Kevin for him to work on my door since I scratched it against a concrete column and dropped it with him 3 days later, 3 days after I got it back and it looks like he did a great job, I’m very happy about it and I think it was cheap compared to others places; overall I recommend his body shop hands down…

DO NOT EVER USE KEVINS CAR CARE! Worst customer service I have EVER experienced! He yelled at me for asking for a receipt after I handed him cash. Told me if I don't trust him I should have never brought the car to him. Then I get my car back and it shakes so I take it back to him. Mind you I hit and ran over a deer he says it shakes because you have 4 different brands of tires on it!! I tell him it did not shake prior to the accident. At this point he has had my car a month tomorrow. He has yelled at me everytime I talk to him. I will NEVER go back.Services: Body & Trim

My car looked fantastic when I got it back after a deer ran out in front of me. Kevin was very professional and provided excellent quality. He also painted a couple of scrapes in the car for me that were already there. I hope I never need the service again, but if I do I would not hesitate to bring my car back to Kevin. Thank you for making my car look great again.

Working with Kevin is like working with family. He is a straight-shooter and will not attempt to over-sell you on things you do not need. And, when you do need them, you can trust him to do the work with the same care you would a family member -- and at family-friendly prices. Augusta is a small place. Kevin understands the value of a solid reputation.
