I have seen a sad change in the amount of employees at this branch. They are so short staffed that wait time in person or in the phone is usually over 10 mins just to get face to face or talk.Timing is everything to get quick service but it is also unpredictable at this branch.The staff is friendly and considerate BUT overworked.

Our appointment with Eric was on time, and the staff was courteous. Branch was day to get to, clean and inviting.
