I recently visited the post office in Barbourville, Kentucky, and had a wonderful experience thanks to one of the clerks, Trevor. The postal worker was incredibly nice and very efficient with their service. They greeted me with a warm smile and patiently answered all my questions. They made sure my packages were correctly labeled and even offered helpful tips to ensure everything arrived on time. It was clear that they genuinely cared about providing excellent service, and it made my visit pleasant and stress free. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend!

By far the worst postal experience I’ve ever had. Packages are constantly lost. Packages are marked as delivered and when you go there no one has any idea where anything is. They are closed for lunch for a majority of the middle of the day during work hours. I have had over 10 packages in the past year I’ve had to argue with the people up front that it IS there and then suddenly “well oops it was leaning against this back room”
Ok so if I didn’t go there and demand it no one would have done anything. We are still getting others mail to our box 2 years later and are told to not leave that mail on the desk out front, but when your box is filled to the brim with others mail and no one wants to listen or help you realize that you’re paying for a PO Box to house someone else’s mail and to have your own packages lost. If you have ANY other option, the heidrick post office, take that. Buy your own mailbox. Avoid this place at all costs.

The mail handlers for pitzer street is god awful it’s always late!!!!!!!! Then they’ll take pictures of the mail that’s being delivered today & NOT EVEN BRING IT❗️they won’t even run mail on normal business days , like to they make there own schedule or what !! I wish I could give this place -100 stars bc it’s a damn joke!

If I could give a zero star, I would in a heartbeat. Every single time I get a package, they 'hold' it at the post office, and when I arrive to pick it up, even 2-3 days later, it is never there.

I am highly upset with this postal service. One of their employees wrongly took what I payed for. I have emailed, faxed, walked in, and called USPS to get my package from this worker. The mail master said that the employee has a habit of wrongly marking packages as delivered; and takes them home. I will never use this postal service again until that employees has been rightfully fired. This is unacceptable.

For the second time, they can’t find my address. There’s only one thing that makes since to me, they simply don’t want to drive out to me. UPS and FedEx has never had an issue. 2 times in a row? Come on.

For some reason they can't find my address but yet ups FedEx and everyone else can but this company yet my mail always makes it. Seems like ur drivers need to slow down and look for address

My packages were not processed as quickly as I thought in fact I had to wait an entire week with no updates for my packages to be sent off.
