When I went back to get the Durango I was so impressed with their work that I called them and told the manager how impressed I was with the work. “My wife and I were visiting our daughter at college in Danville. We're from Nashville. As we pulled off Bluegrass pkwy., the car struggled for a second to go into gear. It began to drive, but refused to shift to 4th gear.It was 4:30 in the afternoon. We googled the closest mechanic and found Ray Norman Auto Repair. These guys immediately helped us out. They diagnosed the car, called transmission shop, and provided recommendations. Mr. Norman took the car for a drive with us and spent time explaining his diagnosis.I couldn't be happier with the service and the help being out of town.”

“I love this place! I've gone here for years for tire and brake needs. They are always so accommodating and prompt with service. A while back, my new driver had to go there on her own, and they went above and beyond to help her and make her feel comfortable. Recently, I completely broke down. Even though they didn't have any appointments, they allowed me to have it towed there until they could get to it. Originally, I was told it would be a week before they could get to it; however, I was surprised when they called me the next day with what my issue was and how much the repair would be. I can't imagine going anywhere else!”
“I drove my motor home from TN to KY and when I was trying to position the unit, the engine kept cutting out. Tyler came out right on time and started to diagnose the problem. The computer did not bring anything up but these two guys figured out that the idle air control valve could be the problem. Without getting into an expensive fuel pump expense, the control valve was replaced promptly and solved my problem. They were very courteous, timely and professional. I also very much appreciate how cost conscious they were. A Big 5 Star Thanks”

“I went to 3rd St auto repair for the first time yesterday to take my 2011 ford f-150 to get some work done and they did everything that I needed done . They went the extra mile and losing the tie rod bolts that was seized up so I could take my truck and get front end alinement. They are so nice there ! Thank you”
