Went there on Thursday because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They said that they couldn't tell me how long of a wait that it would be that it would be best if I came back at 8:00 am. I got there before they opened and had 2 people ahead of me. After setting there for an hour and a half I asked if there was cars already there from the day before and he said yes. It took 2 hours and fifteen minutes to get my car in there. I watched the guy working on my car walk around eating and smoking on his vape. It took 45 minutes for him to fix my tire and put it back on. After I get back in I see that he didn't check my other tires that was low so I had to pull it back in there to get them filled. Three hours seems like a long time for a slow leak. Has to be someone in Bardstown that can do it quicker.

Got what I needed done and fixed a clunk which was a missing caliper bolt. Its rare to be able to drive in and wait. They always recommend drop off so prepare accordingly. The service itself was good.

We would like to thank Richard and Decoda for the most proffesional and fast service. We had to urgently change our tires on a camper trailer and they did not hesitate to assist. If we waited any longer it could have been life threatening. Thanks to Big O tires in Bradston and their staff for excellent service.

We traveled to KY for a family reunion from MO. We ended up getting a screw in our tire and had taken the truck somewhere else to be fixed (Walmart). They made us wait 4+ hours just to say they "couldn't fix it" and broke a lug-nut on my wheel. We took the truck to Big-O and the manager got us right in. He even patched our wheel at no charge for all the issues the other place had put us through. Would definitely recommend, great customer service and we really appreciated your store’s kindness! Thank you, Big-O!!

They will charge you with the book quotes they charged me $240 for about an hrs worth of work I think its b.s. any Reputable shop would have only charged for the amount of hrs worked on a car they charge u more per hr if it's carry in on parts just so they can still get the mark up that they would have put on ur parts if they had them delivered that is b.s. also no go shops left around everyone trying to get Lamborghini labor price for working on vw bug damn shame I won't ever go back then when u say something about it all they can say we don't make the prices sorry you may not set the prices but you sure don't have to rip people off on the amount of time it actually takes to do the job BILLY TAFT is a rip off DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!

They were really helpful in getting me the right tires I wanted for a amazing price! I ask if they could do my oil change since I already had my oil filter & oil, and they said they would for also a really cheap Labor cost. Definitely recommend this store with how friendly and helpful they are!!
