Nice gym. Older equipment but great variety of equipment. Only negative was there was only one hand towel hanging in women’s bathroom. No other towels or paper towels. That is a little gross after toilet visit. I’m used to wiping down equipment after use and there was only 2 wipe stations for that. Other than that, good place to workout.

Love the new location! Everyone is super friendly and the music they play is great, I don't even have to bring my headphones most of the time. I just finished a month training session with Haley Conn. She is amazing! Very helpful. Highly recommend.

My Son Michael is a weight lifting junkie and he absolutely Loves Fitness One ! This is the place that started my Sons Dream and If your gonna dream , dream big and make those dreams a reality at Fitness One . The owner is incredibly nice and polite. Couldn’t ask for a better place to get in a good powerhouse workout
