I get here at 4am use to have hot food not any more and don't get in a hurry if you need anything or paying cashthey all talking when you need to check out and and the self check out always broken and always smells of BO or something like that in the morning

The cashier was on his phone when I walked up to the counter, took him several seconds to even acknowledge me. He had a horrible attitude, like he didn't want to be bothered with me. I definitely won't be going back to that location, I'll stick with the location on Stephen Foster Avenue where they are always friendly

Debit purchase did not go through for 15 days. Manager never called me back. Corporate denies responsibility. Claims it is my major bank's fault or Marathon itself. Does not know the Corporate office for Marathon address or phone. Who are you contracted to for fuel then? Rude! Fraud department at bank states that it was them who applied to the bank for the adjustment.
This would have not been a problem. Glitches happen. It was the absolute denial of ANY responsibility. Downright insulting to my intelligence. Extremely unprofessional for a company of this size!

Prices too high.
Small cup of coffee $2.78 (my own cup).
Based on that, an ignorant person would spend $1014.70 / year if he/she bought a small coffee here daily...provided he/she brings own cup.

Just this one girl on third shift ruins my experience everytime. I've heard so many other people complaining about the same person and management will not do anything about it. She literally snatched money out of my hand and my girlfriend's hand and always has a constant attitude. It's a customer service type of job and I kind of expect customer service when I go there. Anytime I go there on third shift I get zero customer service, complete and total attitude.
