Had my fluids in my 4x4 truck drive tran system all changed out. Had an appointment. They got me in and out. Even washed the truck when they completed the service as a complementary service. Truck runs and shifts smoothly. No leaks excellent service.

Worst experience ever at a Dealer! See below advertised price and their online Trade in price. They said after getting there they made a mistake and the car listed is actually 2,000.00 higher so they adjust the trade down to 18,000.00 which is actually $2802.00 lower. I would not trust them or ever buy from them. Traded my car to Carmax $23,000.00 you can see it is $5,000.00 difference. They are dishonest and I have a video to prove it. I posted pictures for proof below. Save time and tons of money go anywhere but here I thought I have seen everything in life but this was a new lesson. Wave as you go by and keep driving. Poor management and Sales. Look at the reviews not just mine. Picking up a new one from another dealer and a better deal.. See ya Don Franklin ...Never...

Garbage business, garbage place. They try to sell you broken vehicles for the most money they can. Care about nothing but money. Just garbage people overall. Do not go here for a vehicle. Worse decision you could make

Went there to check out a used 2011 fusion. It was priced fairly and needed some work that's all expected. Had a newer salesman he handled it well but the sales manager David Brown also wanted the fusion for his own. The customer comes first right? Not here! I understand they couldn't make the car like new didn't expect them too! They wouldn't check the check engine light for me told me I had to go to auto zone. Keep in mind I bought a 2014 Silverado my mom has bought a 2012 Cadillac SRX 4 and back in 07 bought a new equinox brand new. My sister just got a van from there this was my go to place as my family and I have done a lot of business here. Not any more! David brown wouldn't even come speak to me as if I wasn't there? And I tried to be reasonable and told them I'd pay more if they replaced the part. No they wouldn't touch it it was a as is car but the part was cheap and I offered to cover it but no I'm not worth their time. This place is horrible and I wish no one ever shops here again as me and my family will never again. I have never felt so belittled and disrespected as human let alone a repeat customer who has family and friends who work there (not mentioning names). This is honestly my worst car buying experience and I will never be back and be sure to tell people about this sad company if I hear them speak about them. Side note on my behalf I should've stopped shopping here when they dropped someone's truck off a rack totaled it out and the fixed it and sold it on the lot!? How does that work. Oh yeah nothing here does because they won't work with any one unless you're dropping big money which keep in mind me and my family has done multiple times. When I went there to get my truck (30k+) they was all over me but when I have cash in hand ready to buy a car that night the sales manager won't even speak to me? I'm honestly baffled and I hate to leave negative reviews but this place deserves it!
