“I’ve been with Jeff & the crew from their very beginning. I believe I’m one of their 1st customers. I read a lot of the reviews by others & they seem pretty harsh. I tried AT&T unversed once, it was really terrible. Are there outages? Yes. Most are fixed by resetting the router & modem. Occasionally they have had a problem down the line. Usually, this affects all cable internet in our county. Is satellite better? According to my son who has Musk’s internet, not much more reliable & costs tons more. I’ve gotten upset a few times but it didn’t solve anything. I guess I accept that we live in a rural county in KY & I enjoy that, but every once in a while there are downsides. Chill out & give them a break. I’m sure, because I’ve been with them forever, they are working hard to get the service back up again. My only complaint & I’ve shared this is that when they have a real outage they find a way to get it up on their website. Just to let us know it’s on their end & not mine. Right now they’re completely down. No phone, no website & of course no internet. I’m sure they are frantic & doing their best to get everything going again. Good luck guys!
