We first opened our doors in 1946 as Keene’s Depot and served our local community as a grocery store, ice house, and a sporting goods store. Beginning a new era in 2001, we shifted our focus to find a niche in our region. There was a strong need for a dedicated firearm and shooting sports store in our part of Kentucky. Kentucky Gun Company was born and continuing in our evolution, in 2007 after being prompted by customers, we started branching out into the e-commerce side of the business.
