They never have prescriptions ready when they say they will. Wait times are always very long. Staff is consistently rude. Look elsewhere to fill your prescriptions.

Tom, Nikki, and Jillena, as well as Ben are insanely incredible pharmacists, I could never do it. The technicians are fast and hardworking, filling scripts, unboxing orders, answering phones. Everyone here is a good team player. They do more than what is expected of them every day to get patients their medication and do their best for customer satisfaction. I’m very proud of every single person working back there.

After receiving the wrong medication, long wait times, and dealing with a manager, Delana, that didn't seem bothered at all that my husband was given the wrong prescription, we will be switching to another pharmacy.
The manager was rude and unapologetic. She offered absolutely no compensation for our trouble.

This pharmacy is and remains completely incompetent .... the RUDEST employees I have ever encountered, looks filthy .... I honestly can't believe a Kroger would allow such a rude and disgusting pharmacy to run inside their building.
They should be ashamed !

Absolute waste of time. I waited 30 minutes in line to find out they incorrectly filled my long-time prescription. So the pharmacist put in a note with directions to prevent it happening again. Then next time, I waited thirty minutes… and they have to have me wait ANOTHER thirty minutes because they ignored the pharmacists’ note and incorrectly
filled it AGAIN.

Kroger needs to get it together. This is ridiculous 35 minutes in line and still two cars ahead of me. Come on Kroger figure it out!!!!!!
Update…. I now am the next in line and I have been here 44 minutes!!! Kroger, you are a joke!!!! Another update……got to the window got my script and gone in 53 minutes!!
2/3 here I am again different day same ridiculous wait time! Over 35 minutes I have been in line. Obvious Kroger does not care about customer service!

Lines are long. Wait times are bad. They'll tell you that it's almost ready and you have to wait 20 minutes and then when you come back they say oh no, we don't have it. Try tomorrow.

Staff are wonderful, just shorthanded all the time. That's on Kroger. It's busy, hire more people. 45 minute wait everytime.

Love kroger, I'm there atleast 3-4 mornings thru the week. Easy to find stuff. The workers are nice and helpful if I need something.
