Everytime I go to the metro store in bardstown they say they open at 10 yet they are never open. They open when ever they want to show up. They don't deserve even 1 star. Then I have to drive almost so miles to the next closest one and hope they are open

The lady in the store which was Heather was very helpful she answered all questions and lead me in the direction I needed. She gave me all possible rebates or promo that she could give which was Damn good in my eyes. I came out the door with what I needed and saved money all in 1 day.Thank You Heather in this day and time every penny you can pinch is helpful. So if you looking for a phone tablet or etc. head over to metro.

Went into the store and Heather was a great help. Very professional took her time answered every question got us great deals even with our kids in the store. She did not rush us out because of our kids took her time made us feel at home.

I think it came under so much better management, and ownership. They need more stock of accessories like cases and screen protectors to go with all the new phones and promos they offer now that they have revamped and reopened. The staff is great and alot more welcoming and knowledgeable than the ones that had been in there previously. It's a fun atmosphere and I enjoyed working for them before Christmas last year. The company is gonna do well now with the current staff and owner.

T- Mobile. The employees are fantastic i dont personally know any of them but as a customer they are the best. Helpful always have an answer for you a helpful answer. Smiles I mean who doesn't want a smile while spending your money right? I been to phone stores where you find what you want. Not here they come from behind counter and ask if you know what you want in a phone. No pressure. T-Mobile in Bardstown ky. My opinion is the best. Thank you young ladies now thats how customer service should be. ????

Kinda late on my review, but not too long ago I came to this location to switch companies. Had some issues switching but both Luis and Vanessa were extremely helpful and patient with me. They both went out of their to help me and gave amazing service. Happy I came there that day, and they were there. If it weren't for them I wouldn't have gotten a new phone in time for my trip out town. Can't thank them enough.

I needed to switch phone carriers but arrived unprepared. Vanessa was the store associate the helped me through the process. She is professional and highly personable, and I can't thank her enough for helping me with this!
