Our superintendent was out in the cold this morning walking students in the building!!! I was one minute late for car drop off and he waited for me and another parent! Thank you Mr.Bradley for supporting our students, parents, and teachers! ! I love Nelson County Schools! I am proud my children attend our schools!

My son has gone for 3yr and 4yr program and loves it. Every staff member knows just about every student by name, everyone is friendly and my son has learned so much.

About Nelson County Early Learning Center
The Nelson County Early Learning Center offers the premier early childhood education for children in Nelson County, Ky. The ELC is the early childhood education school of the Nelson County Public Schools and is open to all residents regardless of need. All of our teachers are certified public school teachers. We offer a full-day program for 3 & 4 year-olds, and follow a hybrid curriculum that combines creativity with students' needs. Our mission is to nurture creative explorers and prepare them for success. Starting in the 2022-23 school year, the ELC will have four locations, its original center in Bardstown as well as new services in New Haven, Bloomfield and Boston.
