While my husband was dying of an incurable brain tumor, I went in to handle his financial affairs via POA the first time I was informed legal would have to approve my form. Went back after it was approved only to be told I was only allowed to open or close accounts. While I was there they tried to sell me a CD with my husband's money. So I closed one of his accounts and opened one in my name at which point another person again tried to sell me CDs, I think it is unethical to try and sell someone in an stressful emotional condition. I will never do business with them again.

Went in today to open a new account. Could not have had better service. Very friendly and helpful. Megan was very informative and helped me understand the different type of accounts they offer. Very glad I chose to switch here. Couldn’t ask for better service and even better people.

Horrible and rude management. I stopped banking with them. Being asked for multiple forms of ID due to my color is repulsive. Hire new people and learn how to treat customers. Truly this is not the way to treat anybody.

Worst bank branch in the county...most of the time it takes 15 minutes just to drop a payment, one or two people working, Terrible!

I went in to the Bardstown branch to pay a loan off and was told by a young man that he would have go check and see if they would allow me to do so ! I was shocked and confused ... Since when does it have to be approved to pay a loan off !!! I then sat down with Jessica only to be treated like a second class citizen. She was cold , rude and very short with any questions I had when she learned I would be moving to another bank. I work with the public in my profession and I treat them with respect and dignity as I would like to be treated . I will never return to this bank nor would I recommend anyone to this bank

I never write reviews but felt so strongly after that experience today at the Bardstown branch that I had to. Went through drive-through and could not get anyone to wait on me. So I went inside and waited 15 minutes as they waited on the next person in the drive through and also took phone calls. After all this, would not cash my checks because in haste, I did not bring my ID in and I bank there on a regular basis but they said they did not know me. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to have them tell me they could not cash my checks. I will be moving my accounts to somewhere with better customer service. They never have enough people working and even those that are are not friendly.

I've been with them since 1985, in Ohio, my son also has an account, he needed verification of his account for automatic check deposit, they acted as I was speaking a different language!

Go in there all the time just to make change. They refused today stating I had to have an account. Bulls#%t since when if I need a roll of quarters do I have to open an account...
