My daughter and I went to shop at Rue 21 yesterday on Oct. 20,22 and we had such a wonderful experience there. We had problem using a gift card and it wouldn’t go through but Aeram and Jolene helped us out and we got the gift card to work. Big shoutout to them!!! Keep up the great work!!

Horrible customer service. They have no dressing room for customers. A clothing store without a dressing room is a poor choice.
