My order is very rarely correct. I'm often missing parts of my order. I tried contacting customer service, but they never got back. At this point Taco Bell owes me some money for all the missing food.

They have 2 self service ordering kiosks. I attempted to place an order on one but it would not recognize half the taps. I turned around to order with a person and no one came up. I again tried to continue with the kiosk. Another person came in and went to the counter, someone walked right up to them. I turned back around and walked up to order. I told the employee the kiosk wasn't recognizing taps and he said , "I know, we aren't allowed to put an out of order sign on it". So the employees are not only aware of the problem, they aren't telling anyone to save them the frustration, AND they aren't watching for those customers to come to the counter.This happened to someone else right behind us.Ridiculous way to treat your customers.

Vegetarian options: They have gotten more selections than they used to have and they are pretty good. My favorite is the vegetarian power bowl.

An employee put my order on the counter and walked away. I stood at the counter being ignored for 10 minutes just to get the drink cup that went with my meal. Food now soggy and barely warm.

I’m ready for robots to take over the service industry. Went to walk into this location. Door was completely locked. Employees made eye contact with me and didn’t care to inform me why they were not allowing customers inside during normal business hours. If you want to be rude and ignore me, a sign on the door would be sufficient. Another miserable experience trying to give a Taco Bell my money. Burn it down.

It was good food as expected. I would appreciate having a diet drink without caffeine for the evenings. The crunchy taco is always a tasty addition to the meal.

Bacon quesadilla was not hot. The cheese wasn't melted at alland the cinnabon 2 pack wasn't cooked (fried) long enough for the filling to be hot either.

This is honestly one of the worst places to go in bardstown. It's over rated and the wait is ridiculous! i will not be back and all the employees are rude and have no respect to anyone, no smiles, thank you, ur welcomes or anything just attitude and disrespectfulness.

I did this job for a year and a half and was amanager for 3 months, and I promise you, it isn't rocket science. It really isn't. If they can't be bothered to do their job right and make the food right then the least they can do is replace your order without arguing when you have to turn around and come back to have it remade. And further, if you use the online app to make it easier on them and then the app doesn't work correctly, then they shouldn't have the app available. Again, none of this is rocket science. It isn't that difficult to read a screen and make an order correctly. I know that for a fact, because I did it. And had I been the person running the drive through tonight, the order would have been handed out correctly. And if I were the manager, which again I have done, I would have made sure that both my cook and my drive through person were doing their jobs. It happens every single time and it's unacceptable.

Have gave this location multiple chances. Every time I come here no matter what time of day. I sit in the drive through line for 30 minutes or more. Never coming back.

They seemed really understaffed. I placed a mobile order of a single soft taco, and it took 20 minutes to get it. The taco tasted great, and they were friendly, but 20 minutes?! I hope they can find some more employees.

Food was correct, facilities were clean, employees were cordial.This place is way better than McDonald's and their slushy machine is never down. ?
