Thompson's Food Mart is a great find, offering outstanding quick food. It is known for having the best ice cream soft serve, including orange dream, and several varieties. The food is great, featuring really good tacos, walking tacos, outstanding sandwiches like the maple hill, and sides. The store has a deli and pre-made foods, with lots there for a food mart. It provides friendly, helpful, and great customer service from hard workers. The place is very clean and organized, with very reasonable prices. It is a perfect stop and a hot local spot.

The best ice cream in all of Bardstown. The homemade banana soft-serve was delicious! They even have seasonal pumpkin pie soft serve you have to try. They offer a nice breakfast and lunch menu at a great price as well. I will be a new frequenter there for sure! 😁
