Unprofessional, does damage to peoples homes and blames contractors that aren’t there when they’re working. The products are great. But don’t waste your money to spend more money to fix the company’s mistakes. 0-5 stars!

I wouldn’t even give 1 star! Good quality product but during install damage done to my brand new built home and would not correct it. Owner blames damage on my contractor when it was not his fault. Do NOT do business with this company! My laundry room is destroyed.

Very nice and personable owner ! He took the time to show and explain everything to us about the carpets we were looking at and the Prices seem to be decent too ! Very happy to be ordering carpet from them for two of our bedrooms. Looking forward to the installation day !

Would leave less than one star if I could. We paid in full for tile, hardwood and carpet to be installed in our home. The owner knew we were doing a complete remodel and it would take awhile, we were told that was fine just let him know when we were ready. All the flooring was put down except two bedrooms we were working on. The owner called to let us know he was delivering two rolls of carpet and padding with a $150 refund check for installation (we paid more than that). We asked for a full refund since Carpet Mart wasnt going to install. We have nobody to put the carpet down plus we have no place to store it. The owner refused to refund our money. I am beyond angry. We paid for goods and a service, Carpet Mart didn't follow through, yet we can't get a refund.
