They are willing to work with customers on cost, get work done in a timely matter, and know what they are talking about. The mechanics on duty are respectful and kind, and the waiting area and shop is one of the cleanest areas ever seen for a place of car and tire repair. Customers highly recommend them for anyone who needs a good mechanic. One traveler, over 5 hours from home with a Toyo tire coming apart, called multiple tire stores with no help. Ridgeline without hesitation had the tire delivered by 9 am the next morning; service was quick and easy. Another visitor to a local off-road park had a similar experience, with tires ordered and delivered overnight, fixed within 30 minutes. A customer who took their car to a previous shop that kept it for almost 4 days and didn’t know if it could be fixed, towed it to Ridgeline. They took it in at the end of the day and had it back by 3 pm the next day running like new. Customers wouldn't take their car anywhere else.
