“I love going to O'Reilly Auto Parts in Beaver Dam. The guys and gals in there are very knowledgeable about vehicles. And if they aren't sure about something, they will ask questions and find out for you. Patrick, Shawn, James, Tim, and Kim are awesome. I have never had a problem at all. And even if I call a car part by a different name, one of them usually knows exactly what I'm talking about and gets me the correct part. If they have to order a part for me, it comes in in a very timely manner and is usually there when they say it will be. And if I happen to make a mistake and get the wrong part, they will take care of it and get me the right one and not get upset over my mistake. I would highly recommend this O'Reilly Auto Parts to anyone who is looking for parts. And not just parts to make it run either, they also have great quality lights, light bars, radios, speakers, etc. Great place to shop and great customer service. Outstanding.Keep up the great work!!”

He traveled to my office and replaced it before I needed to drive my vehicle for work. He was efficient and reliable. His work is very clean. You would never tell that the glass was replaced. “Ordered tires for the vehicle, I showed up about an hour earlier than my appointment time . The shop wasn't busy and got me in right away.Service was very good and they let me know that one of the TPMS sensors had not reset as it should. They told me to drive a few miles and if it didn't reset, to come back and have it checked out. It reset and all is well. Tires look good and the car rides and handles fine. Very friendly staff. Great job Walmart, Beaver Dam, Ky.”
