Super friendly family! When I arrived, there was only 1 technician with 2 clients. The technician allowed me to sit in one of the massage chairs while waiting. Since I wasnt in a hurry, it ended up being extra back message/foot soak time.
2 nail technicians came in shortly after and got right to work. I had the most gentle lady. She massaged my feet and legs above and beyond expectation. She took her time and had a very steady hand. I asked for black, which is a very hard color to work with. My feet and hands were flawless. I will be back in a few weeks!

My Mom and I spent 2.5 hours in the shop just to get pedicures with an appointment. Waited over an hour for them to start. Then they didn’t even put a bottom or top coat on her toes. I had to ask for the top and bottom coat. Not worth the $40. Just drive to Bowling Green or Owensboro and you will have a better experience and save your time.

He's slower then my grandma getting up out of her chair. He doesn't focus on your wants and needs stops 100 times and hope pray you don't have to be somewhere it's a all day thing. Now his wife does amazing job.

Daughter got her nails done here on Tuesday, one came lose over the weekend. Came here on Monday to get it fixed. Here it is 9:50 and they are still not open. Will never let my wife or three daughters ever come here again.

I am visiting from out of state and my experience was absolutely wonderful! Nail tech did a beautiful job at rebuilding and shaping my nails! When I visit from this day forward, Golden Nails will be the only place I go!!! Thank you all so much!!!

They charged me an additional $20 for gel polish! Crazy upcharge. I have had hundreds of pedis and never had upcharge so high especially when there was nothing said upfront. Definitely not worth $60. I could have had a pedi and mani for that!Service: Pedicure

I’ve been going here for a few years now due to its close to home. But, on one occasion a few months ago, the guy nail tech there was so rude and kept falling asleep while doing my nails or he was so engrossed in his cell phone that he couldn’t remember what nail he had done. I chose to give the benefit of the doubt and went back yesterday, well the rudeness was off the charts! He actually yelled at a customer just because she asked what color would match her toes ? and once again kept falling asleep or staring at his cell phone while doing my nails. That will be the part time I go there. They need way more help and WAY better customer service….?
