My relative drove a long way to HM Powersports on a PROMISE and a text they had the unit he wanted. After driving there, nope. They didn’t have it. The response was “that guy didn’t know what he was talking about “. What??In reading other reviews, this seems to not be an isolated incident. Multiple people have said they had similar issues. I’m recommending using another dealership until they understand the customer needs. No apologies, just “we might have one in the future.” Wow. Nope.

Trying to buy a new machine from them is worse than pulling teeth. They literally don’t care if they make a sale or not. I had over half of the new price of a bike to put as a down payment and after almost a week of “I’ll work on it later this morning” and “I’ll let you know tomorrow” and everything In between and me double texting asking for updates everyday they still couldn’t give me a straight up answer if I got approved or not. Honestly it sounded like they didn’t even know. Finally told them to not worry about it, I’ll just go somewhere else. I’d recommend the same if you’re wanting to buy a new machine.

Terrible service. I was supposed to buy a Kawasaki mule. The sales person never got back to me . I left a text message with him. He never got back with me. Just blew me off. Never told me if it was sold or not. His name was was Keegan. Don't buy from this place. This is how they handle customers.
