We called the evening before to leave a message about our cat. They returned our call the next morning and I was able to get her in ASAP. The demeanor of the young man during the intake process was fantastic. We felt at ease and he was exceptionally polite. It didn't end there. All the staff I encountered were very special. Suffice to say, I feel really good about our visit. Thank you.

Great and friendly animal hospital. Helped me find the microchip on a local stray and did everything they could to try to find the owners!

Very compassionate, was running behind and they still were happy to see him, I really needed and appreciated the empathy. Also my vet tech was so sweet and compassionate you could tell he really love what he does!Thank you!

I took my dog Manning here for his annual checkup. He’s a little excited and wiggly and everyone was so sweet to him and helpful. I absolutely can’t recommend them enough for your pups!

I was having a very challenging day and needed an extra hand. Andrew was delightful, and took Sasha inside for her appointment while I waited in the car with my grandbaby. I really appreciated the extra customer service!

Impossible to get answers from them. Made me wait in my car for 15 minutes past my appointment time when it was 90 degrees outside. Were pretty rough with my new kittens. Will not email me back even though they promise to be very available through their online portal. Told me several times my visit would be free then charged me $340 and tried to call it something else to excuse their lie. I won't be back.

I had a bad experience with this place. My senior dog was terminal, and I had her examined. The vet I spoke with wanted to treat her knowing she was terminally ill. I suggested euthanasia. I hate to see her suffering. He was determined to treat her. An antibiotic shot is what he gave her. It costs over ,$300 and he knew i had $500 care card to spend. The next days she was way worse. And bleeding from her eyes, and they were damaged, she vomited and could barely go out to pee. I had to euthanize her the next day, which was today. The bill for her exam and treatment at Bellevue vets was $492. So I had to pay more for her to be euthanized and creamated, and she suffered more days. I feel he just got the money knowing the treatment wouldn't work. Not happy at all

Thanks you for the great service you guys have provided me. I unfortunately had to put my dog down with them. The care and help they provided me was great. They even sent me his paw print along with his ashes. Highly recommend!

Took my German Shepard in in 2020 for a skin tumor biopsy on my dog. When I picked up my dog they had removed 3 fatty skin tumors (harmless) with dozens of stiches and charged us thousands of dollars.

Won’t be returning. Upon arrival they make you call a phone number on the window to bring your pet to the door (they didn’t tell us this when making the appointment) and don’t let you accompany your pet inside. I understand precautions with the current times but none of the employees inside were wearing masks inside to consider this a precaution, seems like they were just riding out the closing of the lobby. After 20 minutes past the appointment time, finally got call that they were ready for my dog to get his single booster shot. After dropping him at the door, I get a call 20 minutes later CONFIRMING WHAT BOOSTER THEY WERE GIVING HIM. 20 minutes after the confirmation call (not joking I was here for over an hour for a single booster) the vet calls to let me know the booster had been administered and didn’t even know my dogs name. What a joke, should have filtered reviews by review date to see that all the recent reviews are bad as well.

Recently rescued a kitten from the streets, sadly lack of Information in general, could not determine age of cat. she had a flea problem, but medicine was for older cats, they did not attempt to help flea control (comb) the cat. instead just handed us a plastic comb and said try this.Other than that she got her 1st shot, but we don't know anything as we sit outside in the car :DI miss @Skipworth in Lexington KY

I had been once before with wonderful results and response to an emergency. Tried to make an online appointment for an annual visit without any response for about a week. I don’t necessarily blame the vet but their desk staff should have a second look because they are affecting the perception and service quality. This is a major problem to their business.
