I use this place because of the location but I didn't look forward t I'm it. The bathroom is ALWAYS locked. The place is ALWAYS filthy whether it's when the doors open or close to last load. There are waters that do not spin your clothes properly. They have a sign on them that says don't overload so I purposely made sure they weren't. Long story short I ended up spending almost $40 on 3 loads of clothes. Attempted to contact ANYONE 4 weeks and weeks I never was responded to or acknowledged they have contact information but nobody cares to respond. The worker at night had extremely off putting odors and left his clothes in 6 dryers for hours. I do have the app where you can pay online and that's convenient. The last thing that turned me off was when the owner came in one day on a Saturday it was very busy she was not kind in any way she was actually very off-putting and unfriendly. Rather than and greeting her customers she barked orders at people. I wish I had more access to other places. I really liked Jenny's when it was there on Monmouth. Oh and one other thing the vending to get soap from never works with any bills. Do yourself a favor. Go somewhere else!

It's a decent little laundromat. I'd give it 5 stars but it could be cleaner and the vending machine charged me 3x the posted price. When I went back a week later it was out of order.

I’m hesitant to review - not bc it isn’t great, but bc it is… and Ive never been when it’s too busy that I can’t get a washer/dryer. Accepts quarters and is also equipped with an app option that is super easy to use. I’ve always had a good experience with the equipment too (nothing burned like some other reviews…)

If you ever need your socks clean, don't count on it. Always get stuck in the door.
Only a select few washers actually seem like they clean your clothes and come out smelling clean. The rest of the washers don't really work. I mean there's even one without a door. Really ran down spot.

MELTS the clothes and blankets and everything else.
No I did not have it on high heat! It was on low and medium because the first time I came here I made the mistake of putting it on night heat and literally all my clothes turned into melted plastic or baby clothes, this time I put it in different dryers on either low or medium heat and it still melted it!
They have signs up that say they aren’t responsible for damaged clothes but how not when your dryers are trash?
This place makes me sick. This was my second time here and both times the people inside would warn me not do my laundry there. This place is EMBARRASSING.

used to be great, now it's dirty, poorly maintained machines, non-existence support from owners, saw a bedbug here twice. no one answers the phone and the vending machine for the laundry stuff does not work. go to hilltop instead

I usually only go here to wash my bedding in their larger machines. The last time I went the machine stopped taking my quarters. I pushed the button to get my money back so that I could move to a new machine. The machine kept $2.50. Per the note on their mailbox I left my name, contact information and machine number for refund. This is after I had to hunt up paper and pen because they do not provide this for refund requests. Followed up three times to check on status. No replies. Not that I'm going to go broke over $2.50. However, this is not the first time their machines have kept extra money. Plus I think it's poor customer service not to respond.

The absolute worst laundry I've ever been to.put a robe and 6 pair of socks in the washer and they came out ringing wet tried to call I got no answer maybe they should have an attendant on duty.

Some of the triple loaders didn't work n some of the dryers didn't work. Really needs a deep cleaning especially the floors or it would be a great place to do your laundry

So location and hours of operation are perfect.The spin cycles don't seem too work well but the dryers definitely work ..Bathroom is always clean a few dryersheets on the floor but that's from the customers not caring .the front door panel slams needs some screws in it .*complaint * once I dry my clothes they smell like dirty cat litter .... Always ...so I've wasted $20 in total so far by going here ...So where ever the dryers are pulling the air from might be close too a litter box..and I'm allergic too cats so I won't be going back here unfortunately ? unless someone can figure out where the horrible smell is coming from ,this suck because I rather support small business in my new community.

If I could give it no stars I would came in to wash my nice michel kors coat and scarf! Pulled it out of the washer when done and it was like I just pulled it out of the pool soak and wet, with water dripping everywhere! DO NOT COME HERE! Go elsewhere!

It’s cheap, but it’s always dirty. No matter what time of day I go. Dryers are hard to work with, have to know just where to smack them to get them to take your quarters. Time to find a cleaner laundromat.8 months later, thought I would try again since it’s close to my house. Yep, it’s worse. Dirty, dryers don’t heat up. Everyone in the place complaining about lost money. Last try.
