“Wow wow! What an authentic croissant! Such a lovely lady running such a beautiful and unique shop. My pain au chocolate was still warm and melty. One of my new favorite places to get a laminated pastry in Cincinnati.”
“I stopped into this shop while walking around Findlay Market and instantly fell in love. They have such a wide variety of products — lotions, drinks, snacks, cards, matches, and so many little things that make you want to keep looking around. My friend and I tried a sample of their Handyman Salve and immediately became obsessed. We actually made a pit stop on the way back to the car just to go back in and buy the large jar.
I have psoriasis, so my hands crack and bleed badly, especially in the winter, even when I use hand masks, oils, and medicated balms. The second I put this salve on, my hands felt like butter. It definitely has a richer, greasier feel when you first apply it, but hours later my hands still feel incredibly soft and moisturized, which almost never happens for me. The smell is also fantastic. I can already tell this is going to become a monthly purchase for me.”

Joe is patient and kind, explains things in a way that's easy to understand without being condescending, doesn't rush you, and he remembers your name. It's like Cheers, but for fountain pens! Prices are better than what you'll find online. There's a great selection of ink as well as stationery. 10/10 would recommend!”
“I cannot go into this store without finding something for myself or someone else. Wonderfully curated so nothing is average. It's amazing for gifts!!! Everything there is handmade, which I love. I've gotten clothing, planters, casserole & serving platters, artwork, stickers, journals, cards...so far. There's a small parking lot in back but I find it easier to park on the street, (there's been plenty of room anytime I've gone). It's a must visit for me when I visit Cincinatti. I wish all local shops were this cool & friendly.”

My husband and I took in an old potato bin. She painted it and decoupaged it...she did an amazing job and was so helpful in her suggestions. I highly recommend her shop and her skills and talents.”

“I love this store because of the atmosphere and how welcoming it feels. I have been there many times just in the past year because they have so many different things you can look for. Every birthday that has come up, the first place I visit is Bizarre Bazaar because I know I can find something for everyone. My family loves to stop by every so often and I find myself leaving with something new every time because of how many things they have that I didn’t know I wanted. One day in particular, my mom and I were shopping for my younger cousins for Christmas and we found them both the most perfect presents and I also decided to get something for myself as well as I found many things I knew I would come back for for future presents.”

“Kristin delivered on every single detail we envisioned for our wedding stationery and day of signage! I originally was planning to either DIY my invitations or purchase a suite that was already designed. But with the long to do list, I felt I needed more support. I also really wanted our invitations to be a representation of our story and show our guests what to expect from our wedding. When I first spoke with Kristin she took the time to listen to what was important to us and was so friendly. She honed in on the details that mattered most and made them shine as a part of our suite and then also made sure it was reflected in our day of signage as well. We had pearls, rosemary, whites, creams, and blacks as part of our design. She incorporated pearlescent paper, sketches of our various venues, a wax seal with REAL rosemary pressed into it, and so much more. She made the design process exciting and painless. She made sure every small detail was perfect for us. As a wedding vendor myself, I will be recommending her to all of my brides. She has a forever cheerleader in us.”

“This is place is a true Gem! and is a cat-lovers paradise. It's incredibly unique containing many handmade items that you cannot find anywhere online! Everything in here feels like a treasure. I love all of the vintage ornaments from the 90's and early 2000's. There is also a great selection of strong catnip toys that I've gifted and given to my own furbaby- Cats are obsessed with them!”

“Fig Leaf in Hyde Park is such a special store that I drive from Lexington just to shop there. Every visit feels like a chance to slow down and discover something beautiful. There is so much care in the details, from the displays and seasonal decorations to the gifts tucked throughout the store.
Getting to know Beth has made it even more meaningful. She graciously allowed me to share A Table for Everyone, the cookbook I wrote in honor of my mother. Her kindness meant more to me than I can say.
