I dropped off and paid for the embroidery on 25 pink hats over 2 years ago. After countless communication attempts I went into the store (6 months after the initial payment) and she claimed she never heard anything from me, but that she would get it done and we'd call it square... Here I am 2 years later and have had no contact from Grateful Threads whatsoever and feel way too awkward to go in and get my hats back (let alone the $140 she's keeping).
Funny thing is, I didn't even realize until today all the similar experiences customers have had on all these google/yelp/FB reviews...

Well, if I can give no stars that would be preferable but here I am giving one. Let’s start this by telling you. I ordered my embroidery order at the beginning of June here we are, August is tomorrow and I’ve heard nothing back from the company. I have the personal cell phone of the owner. I followed up about a month ago with no response. I text her about three weeks ago, letting her know that I left a voicemail about my order, no response. Spent $100 have zero to show for my wasted time and effort to get my order. Please don’t order from this company as they clearly don’t know how to be professional and update people on their orders accordingly. I did leave a message today in regard to refunding my order because of how long this has been, and now I have to order from another company, clearly they don’t know how to run their business.

Jacyln gave me the support I needed to bring a design from childhood to life, using an online designer then bringing it back to her to finish off. Communicated over email, text, phone call at a reasonable pace considering all the business she has going on start of summer!!

I'm a military veteran all I needed done was velcro attached to a Marine patch said they could do it gave it to them 10 days ago never heard anything since drop off went there today and she tells me that she is missing a piece and it isn't done no phone call or text telling me what's going on. So if u want to get treated like u don't matter this is a place for u horrible I would never go there fot anything.

Made a purchase back around early December for basketball gear. Fast forward to now middle of April and I'm getting the run around on where it's at or if I'll get my money back. the season ended 2 months ago. Very poor on communicating. She refuses to give the $ back and always has an excuse or to wait another week. It takes me 2 or 3 attempts to even get a response back. Have seen some people have the same issues on not getting things on Google reviews.

Unfortunately, I am a business owner myself so I get how getting a bad review can be. However, my patience has ran out. I ordered 45 hats back in February, 2022. It took over 4 months to receive 30 of them. I am still waiting on the other 15 still today. They have odd hours and never answer their phone and you can’t leave a message. You have to show up in person at their store at right t time to catch them. Owner is very nice and I truly like her but customer service and delivery has been awful. They have my $ up front and still waiting with no communication

I just love this locally owned shop! I got special embroidered items for both of my daughters weddings. One to put the date/location sewn inside my daughters wedding dress...( the something blue), and the other time To complete the back side of the ring pillow.... With name/date/location of her wedding. They were extremely helpful and timely! I go here for all my embroidery needs.
