Overall awkward and generally negative interaction with the expert. The good thing is my exchange was completed in a timely manner once I had to add myself as an authorized user. However, next time I will be doing it online to spare me the interaction. Communication was lacking, the vibe I was receiving was awful.

My husband paid off my iPhone December 21st to trade it in for a credit on the new iPhone 16 pro max. We received the receipt for the credit it was approved for $1,000 and now there is no known trace online in billing or anywhere. They are saying that my phone that was fully paid for was never traded in and they are charging us full price monthly for this 16 Pro Max. Quite literally theft by deception, and if this is not resolved, we will be filing charges on the local store because AT&T corporate is now saying that they never received my phone. It was left with the employees at the AT&T store in Benton, Kentucky 3 months ago might I add.

Nicole was very helpful and polite! We really enjoyed how quick she made the process, I'd assume she's been doing this for a long time with how confident and quick she was. I like that she helped us get accessories that we needed/wanted. She's amazing at placing screen protectors with no bubbles!!! First time ever we've had no bubbles in both of our screens. We will forever come back to this store for help even if it’s an hour from us. The customer service is worth it, best experience I’ve had in over 5 years

I had to come up and get a new SIM card or we’ll new ESIM card and Christian up there was awesome! Very knowledgeable, attentive and an overall awesome representative!

Christian is very nice. Unfortunately our bill ended up not being what he said it was going to be and we had to call corporate to get it fixed because it more than doubled our bill trying to add the hotspot things that are useless in our house anyways. Accessories are way over priced. Have the same stuff at Walmart across the street for more than half of less the price.

I had the absolute best experience when I came into the store the girl who helped me( I cannot think of her name) was incredible she helped me get my new phone set up and dealt with the issues of my old phones she was amazing and needs a raise!
