“What an amazing experience. Called from over 350 miles away, Elijah Burch n his team showed me the same love as someone walking onto the lot in person. Found a beautiful truck that I was shopping for nationwide but Elijah really made it happen with the understanding situations of what vehicle I was looking for also the caring team of country Chevy wanting to get the deal done to truly help me not just for their own benefit. THANK YOU SO MUCH I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE AND HAS BEEN THE BEST TRUCK BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.”

“I had damage on the passenger side rear panel and bumper of my SUV. Took it to Defew's Body Shop for an estimate and time line for repair, and worked with Jacie. I was given a date to drop off for repair, and the estimated time for pickup. Repair was completed when promised. They even took the time to touch up a few small spots where paint had chipped. I had a great experience, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of body repairs to their vehicle. I am very impressed with their work, and my SUV looks as good as new.”

“Called to get my car repaired after I had an accident on 12/19. This was a week after the tornadoes had devastated the area, so getting a vehicle in to be repaired was not easy. They in turn have had some difficulties in locating all of the parts to repair my vehicle. Will add photos of completed work when I get my Edge back.”

“My car broke down near their, I limped it over to a parking spot off to the side but in front of the store, the employees were unbelievable kind about my car setting their for a entire week before I could get it towed.
I have never been a fan on napas, but they earned my respect and loyalty with their compassion. I will now use this store as my parts store to get parts for my poor car. Which is now broke down at my own house.”

“Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and engine air filter. Got my oil changed and tires rotated but was told I didn't need an air filter as the current one was still good. I appreciate that kind of honesty, don't see that in many repair shops. We'll done.”

“Only place in town with real parts guys who know that an MG is a car, what set of points your redbelly needs, 1970 VW's don't have radiator hoses, AND what sensor your late model computerized car needs!”

“We were traveling and had a flat right at the Benton exit. This location went above and beyond to get us back on the road despite it being close to closing time. These guys really saved the day! Special thanks to the service manager.”

“They are wonderful. Their work is excellent and the people there are so wonderful and kind but their prices are way too high. I took my 2003 Oldsmobile van in for a radiator flush. It cost me $500. Then turn around and not even a few days later I had to take it back in For another radiator flush so they could put a sealant in there. Which was another $300 .Then when I left there in the freezing early morning, my 2003 Oldsmobile van never got heated up so something messed up with the heater and that was the only good thing about the van????”
