I used this location to purchase my new iphone. Destiny was working and she was extremely helpful, efficient, answered all my questions, and very kind. I definitely recommend her and this cricket store!I’ve been with cricket wireless for nearly 2 years now and have no complaints; wonderful service, in person and cellular.

from day 1 phone was garbage and customer support at store and calling is the worst of any cell company i have ever delt with. on top of all that there website likes to double bill you and they make you wait 5-6 buisness days to get the money they took in a couple seconds.

So y'all!!!! I have to share with you what happened at Cricket today cuz I'm speechless.... ..im sure a few of ya have heard me complain that we pay about $10 a day for internet on mobile hotspot cricket until we have fiber optic installed , which we have been waiting on for about 10 days.... we didn't want to go with this fibic route because of how much work and how long it would actually take to get done, we really wanted to make the mobile hotspot work effectively and we unfortunately have figured out about 10 days ago it wasn't going to work...were using about 15 to 20 GB a day with the Cricket mobile hotspot -which is costing roughly 10.00 a day like I said anyway.... today I get the notification about 10 a.m. that I am the 100% use all of my gigabytes and to add more to go to the store or to go to my account I don't know how to do it by the account so I went to the store in Benton I gave them my phone, the lady told me that I could use a certain plan that was actually going to only run me to extra2 dollars not 10.00 yada yada no Big deal I pay the $2 just to get on my merry way and leave, because we've already have a full day of testing and assessing and all three kids have to be at the school at different time plus we still have to homeschool so there's a lot to get done.... so I just pay the $2, get in the car, grab tablets long story short we get all the way to the school and guess what internet's not working I have to turn around and go back to Benton because she won't answer the phone at Cricket. I get back to Benton and give her my phone...after a bit- she can't fix it...she's got to chat with her boss on an I chat and he's taking a long time so i wait.... end up having to leave to take my other daughter now to the school and pick up the other child and the cricket lady calls me while I'm in the car to let me know when they had my phone the IMEI got changed somehow when it was updated by them I'm guessing because I sure as hell didn't update it and now that it's updated in the IMEI is changed my phone does not offer mobile hotspot.. Here is the kicker- they will ONLY give me $25 credit and I HAVE TO buy a new phone there, that does OFFER THE HOTSPOT( THAT IVE ALREADY HAD SINCE AUG 6TH) AND ALL they offering for their mess up is $25 off????? that's basically all they're going to do for me after they just screwed THIS UP???? the girl working there has apologized a hundred thousand times but her boss hasn't even thought maybe I should give this chick a working phone since I screwed hers up? I mean ive only been a customer for like 3 years but still isnt that something? So basically I'm gonna go back to straight talk and tell cricket to kiss it....

Beware of cricket. Their phones are junk their customer service is horrible. I purchased a new phone for almost $200 and after day 3 it never has worked right. Numerous times to the store andcalling cricket and still have a phone that doesn't work. Every time you go it's new people and they tell you call customer support. You call customer service and they say go to a local store. I went to T-MOBILE and I got a new phone and it works amazing
