I ordered a ice cream cake and it was for my wife's birthday. To the person or people who made it fabulous job. She said that it was the best birthday ever and by far the best birthday cake she's ever had. I highly highly recommend this dairy queen of benton Kentucky. And the young man who checked me out at the register went above and beyond to find me a box and some ice so it didn't melt b4 we got home. Thanks for your service dairy queen employees.

The new owners of the Benton Dairy Queen need to provide better quality food if they are going charge high prices. The below average food they serve was not worth the price they charged. Charging 9$ for fried cheese curds is more than I would expect to pay at a higher end restaurant. The gravy that came with the chicken strips was like water. Despite inflation, this more like price gauging!

We ordered Blizzards online. When we arrived to pick them up, we were told (rudely) it would be a while. We were fine with that as we had ordered 8 blizzards and understand it might take extra time to get them ready.
When they brought them out, all but one were nearly completely melted and some were only half to 3/4 full.
We used to order frequently, but we are very disappointed and probably will not return.

20 minutes to get to the window with 3 cars ahead of me and still had to pull forward to wait for fries. Then no napkins and half baskets of fries. ….. the list goes on but I’ll stop with that.

The person in the drive through was not friendly at all. Not a single please or thank you even though I was polite. I was not given a receipt for my order or asked if I wanted one. I was asked to pull to the parking space to wait for my order and when they brought my order out the same person from the drive through brought it out and I asked if there was a receipt in my bag but was told that I had to ask at the window for one since most customers get mad if they give them one (Strange). They did not offer to get me one but that isn't surprising considering the customer service provided at the drive through. Also i asked at the speaker for my blizzards to have lids but that wasn't done.I will probably take a break from this location for awhile since I felt that something was off with the price but couldn't check since I didn't get a receipt. I called and spoke to a manager who said they printed the receipt and it was correct but I still have my doubts. I checked the online ordering system and the total for my order tax included would have been less but that could be due to a discrepancy between the online and in store systems. However with no receipt I have no way to verify this. The food was actually good though so I gave them an extra star otherwise it would have been one star solely on the service from the person in the drive through.
