I've known Bob McCrory for over 60 years. Bob is constantly thinking about his profession.
He is a very caring man, he's been practicing veterinary medicine longer than I've been alive. Bob is an Old School Veterinarian. Who knows how to determine what's wrong with your treasured family pet without all the fancy over priced machinery these new vets would be lost without. He was a graduate of Auburn University's Veterinary Medical School.
His sweet wife, Linda has been his right arm every step of the way.
He knows his Stuff!
However Bob is getting up in years, and many people feel more comfortable with these newer Vets. But nothing out preforms Experience!!! Bob has a Lifetime of that! These young Veterinarians have fancier offices, newer, more expensive microscopes & x-Ray machines, but they just don't have Bob's decades of experience. Trust me, Bob's Lifetime of Small & Large Animal Experience puts him far and away at a Higher Level than any recent graduate could ever guess at anywhere in Marshall County!!! The McCrory family has been a stable, reliable, helpful Church going family and a Rock of Benton and Marshall County for over 60+ years.
If Bob can't fix it, he'll tell you where you can go to get it fixed. He's a no nonsense kind of Doc, with a wonderful sense of Humor!
You can't go wrong with Bob McCrory!!!

Don't even bother calling. They should retire their business because when I called all she said is "this is Dr Mcrory's office, we are elderly what do you need?"

They’re such sweet people with good intentions. Times have changed. My dog appeared to be fine just “internally sneezing like pugs do. We knew something was wrong and planned to take her to another vet in the morning. She passed away that night.

When I called for help when my cat was weak and lethargic and not eating, he told me to call another vet. They said they felt like he needed better care than they could provide in their old age. I just don't understand why you'd keep the business open if you won't help sick animals, I thought that's what veterinarians did for a living.

He's an older vet but him and his wife are kind and respectful people. They did great with my dog.

Dr. McCrory and his wife are the friendliest folks you will know. I have bought flea & tick and heart worm prevention from them for years. If you didn't know the doctor is also a writer and we sell his books at the Co-OP. Well worth the read!

I was not impressed as he was rough on my kitties legs while cutting his nails. He also only takes cash as he does not have a computer or any electronics to run his business. Nice couple, but he was not very gentle with my boy!

THIS VET IS SUPPOSED TO BE IN PRACTICE TO HELP ANIMALS. HE BROKE THE BONES IN MY DOG'S FACE AND LEFT HIM TO DIE. AND IT'S JUST THAT. TODAY I HAD TO HAVE MY DOG CHASE PUT TO SLEEP AS A DIRECT RESULT OF HIS INCOMPETENCE. THINKING VERY STRONGLY ABOUT GETTING AN ATTORNEY TO LOOK INTO HIS PRACTICES. I FEEL HE NEEDS TO LOSE HIS LICENSES AND BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. I LOVED MY DOG SO MUCH! THE DR WAS SO ROUGH WITH MY CHASE THAT DOCTOR NEEDS HELP WITH HIS AGRESSION AND ATTITUDE TOWARD PEOPLES ANIMAL HOW CAN HE BE A VET! THIS IS POSTED BY PATTI PIERSON I wouldn't take any animal there!
