“The meat is to die for!! Absolutely delicious !! The owner is very helpful, explains cooking with bison also the cuts of the meat. You should try it. Leaner meat, healthier than beef.”
“Used to buy their meat, especially the ground beef and was THE BEST EEEEVVVVEEEERRRR. Tender and would crumble itself in the pan if cooking for taco meat or for spaghetti. Not too much grease to drain off and I never had to cook it in sauce for an hour to tenderize it, it'd be tender from the get-go. Awesome friendly people and great to deal with. I haven't bought in awhile, but I need to. Just a little bit of a drive for me, is the only reason.”
