My husband and I pulled up to get an oil change there was one car ahead of us and another in the shop. We waited patiently and then the car in front of us goes in and we are still waiting, I notice the guy looks at us sitting in our truck and says nothing, then my husband walks up to them and asks to use their bathroom he points to it and still says nothing. Then the car in front of us pulls away and we think ok we are about to be next… but nope they close all the garage doors and just disappear… I don’t know if they went to lunch or what but after waiting 30 minutes I feel like someone should have said something to us, like hey we are about to take lunch if y’all want to come back!!!! But even when my husband went in to use the restroom nobody said anything! After they closed the doors we still waiting another 10 minutes and nobody came to open the doors back up so.. that’s kinda rude, I guess we will take our business elsewhere.
