When I was diagnosed with cancer, I told my husband all bald women deserve diamond earrings. Last week, he surprised me with a beautiful pair of diamond earrings for my birthday, purchased at Puckett’s Jewelry. There needed to be adjustments made …twice. The customer service was amazing! My husband was told both times that if they didn’t work, to bring them back in. Each time, he was greeted and assisted with such kindness! Their help has won me over! No where but Puckett’s for my jewelry! (And I promise I am not that high maintenance ?)

There hasn't been a piece my wife and I have taken in that hasn't been repaired and restored, including difficult sliding pendants that wear through the jump ring. Very reasonable prices. The atmosphere reminds me of my grandfather's house - rich polished wood floors and an air of elegance and age that speaks of quality related to days gone by. We always feel well cared for and respected and the work has always been first class.

Went in there to get 2 of my husband's watches fixed and they did such a great job was able to fix both of them no problem and very reasonable price to get it fixed. Then I went into their little gift shop and found a tumbler to use for work and everyone in there was just so nice and helpful
