I was from out of town and made an appointment for a haircut days in advance. Shortly after being dropped off I was told that the hair stylist that was to cut my hair was not there that day and they didn't have time to cut my hair. No trying to accommodate me at all. Didn't even act like they cared. I had heard other negative comments regarding the salon but thought I would try it for myself. Never again will I walk through those doors.
Very cold atmosphere and unfriendly service.

My son loves this salon, they are nice and friendly with great service. They always ask what he wants done n how n they check to make sure it's what he wanted, the look he wanted. They always get to you on a timely manner.

Only good thing I have to say is that my sons haircut took like 5 minutes. Alyssa did his hair, she was rude, never said a word to him except when she was done he came to me and I took him back and asked if she can blend it a little more (it honestly looked like a mushroom haircut) and I never in my life seen someone get so snarky or sarcastic. She looked at my 12 year old sarcastic like and poking jokes at him & mocking him.If you’re reading this: he has a big heart and didn’t want to hurt your feelings, I’m sorry you started cleaning up so soon (not that you got much done because it took 2 seconds for me to look at it).She just went way fast, was so rude & it honestly felt like we was a huge inconvenience. I’m BIG on tipping, but she didn’t receive one.Our usual barber, James was closed today so I thought we try some place different..he is a great barber in Benton and excellent with kids!!

5 stars all day every day for the ladies at Shaggy's. They are by far the best place I've found to get all my children an my self cleaned up and styled how we want, without having to get a second job. So go check them out with a full line of professionals to assist you in all your beauty need. Phsss.... Don't forget to TIP....

Trixie did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of the new trending long/short bob and she nailed it!! Plus I made a new friend. I’ve been going to Shaggy’s since 2004 and my son Derek started going when he was young enough to start getting his haircut. Absolutely love SHAGGY’S!!!
