“The dealer was great Uhaul customer service is terrible everything with uhaul is done by an app that sux picking up and returning the truck is almost impossible especially in areas where your cell service is limited Customer service DOES NOT ANSWER the phone and trying to get someone to help you is virtually impossible because all they do is transfer you to customer service the best way to pick up or return your equipment is while the dealer is open if not GOOD LUCK and if you can't get your APP to work and the Dealer is closed you will be charged per day until they open first hand experience”
